About Me.
My name is Maddie, and I'm an Integral Therapist passionate about emotional healing and personal growth. I’ve felt drawn to spirituality and inner exploration from a young age, and over time this curiosity grew into a deeper calling to understand healing, personal growth and the emotional human experience.
My own healing journey led me to Integral Therapy- a process that had a profound impact on my life and supported deep personal transformation. Through this experience, I discovered a strong desire to support others in their own healing, growth and self-discovery.
Since completing my training, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of myself, human behaviour, emotional healing, and the mind-body-spirit connection.
My work is guided by compassion, intuition and professional therapeutic training, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected and empowered.
I’m passionate about helping people feel more comfortable with who they are, build confidence and move toward a more peaceful and fulfilling life. My approach is warm, open, and client-centred and I deeply value each person’s unique journey.

2015-2016
Certified Integral Therapist (SIL)
Center for Integral Life Art, Norway
Completed over 315 hours of professional training in Integral Therapy, including theoretical study, practical therapy work and deep personal development.
Training included holistic psychology, transpersonal psychology, healing methodologies, meditation techniques, regression therapy, rebirthing and creative therapeutic practices. Graduated as a professional qualified Integral Therapist.
2015
Healing Therapy Certification
Tempelgården - Introductory Healing Course
Completed a 4-day intensive training in healing therapy, learning heart-centered healing techniques, energy-based therapeutic methods and foundation spiritual psychology.
2016
Usui Reiki Healer - Master Level
Certified Reiki Practitioner & Reiki Master
Trained in Usui Reiki Levels 1, 2 and 3, including hands-on practice and distant healing. Qualified to offer full Reiki healing sessions and professional Reiki treatments.

Bachelor degree in Music performance and Production. This background supports my sensitivity to emotion, creativity, deep listening and the expressive side of healing work.
